Registration

Step 1:
Contact

To register your interest in placing your child at King’s College India, kindly fill in this form* or contact us by phone/email on +91 708 200 5414 and admissions@kingscollegeindia.in

Step 2:
Assessment

Once we have received all completed registration details, you will be contacted to arrange a written assessment for your child. Assessments are on appointment basis and require specific documents (please see the list below) to be uploaded via the online application, along with a non-refundable application fee of Rs 10, 000.

*DisclaimerChildren applying for admissions from Pre-nursery to Std 2 will have no assessment. For the admission of students between the Std 3 to IGCSE 1 (Std 9)  & AS Level (Std 11), a placement test along with a satisfactory report from their previous school is required. 
Step 3:
Come visit us
at King’s College India

After contacting the Admissions Department (admissions@kingscollegeindia.in, +91 708 200 5414), parents are welcome to visit the school to contemplate our grounds and meet the respective Academic staff. These visits can be done by attending an Open Day or by booking an individual appointment

We hold Open Days all year round, generally speaking, at the end of every month. This is an opportunity for parents to take a school tour as well as get to know us better and for us to likewise meet you and respond to any inquiries you may have. 

If you are not available on an Open Day, you may book a personal appointment with us at any time as we are open all year round for admissions and are here to help you with the process. Step 4:
Offer of Admission

If the application is successful, our Admissions Team will send you a letter of confirmation, offering your child a place at King’s College India.

The year group to which your child is admitted will be age-appropriate and in accordance with the International Education System Equivalency guidance issued by the MoE.

*Disclaimer: The decision to admit your child is made after we have considered all aspects of the application. All offers are subject to availability of places. 
Step 5:
Enrollment

To proceed with your child’s enrollment, you will be required to pay a non-refundable admission fee within 7 days of receipt of the offer letter. This payment can be made online through our website (insert direct link to online payment here), via bank transfer or in person by credit card or cash at the school.

Finally, in order to accept and secure the place, an acceptance deposit must be paid (Fee Structure).

Step 6:
New Pupil information:
and Orientation

During the term before entry (March) the admissions department along with the senior academic staff will organise an orientation session so that the new student may familiarise themselves with the school.

Step 7:
Start of term for
new students

New students arrive on the first day of term when all boarders return –this is normally a Sunday evening and start on the following Monday their first day of school. 

The Headmaster, Houseparents and induction tutor will invite all new students and parents to join us for a number of welcome events on this day.
