Applying it in the context of linguistic development, King’s College India has designed its unique 3 Year Literacy Program, where literacy development is not just fenced into the allocated periods in a time table.
This program aims at providing adequate amounts of scaffolding, integration and immersion of language to accelerate literacy skills of our students. Our team has tailored a meta dictionary for the students of various year groups which includes vocabulary of tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 words. In pursuance of making this learning voyage consequential we conduct our language lessons in multi-disciplinary and activity oriented vogue in the classes. Our professionals ensure guided reading, guided writing and process writing opportunities to the learners and monitor their process consistently.
