Health is such an important factor (if not the most) when it comes to our well being, especially when we are talking about children as they are still growing and developing. Therefore, we make sure to offer only the best quality food nutritionally speaking. We also educate our students on nutrition and encourage them to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. 

With this in mind, not only does our school provide three main meals but also two daily snacks after breakfast and after lunch. Children are active all day long so they need the proper nutrition and energy to function daily. 

Let’s not forget too that we are an international school, hence the importance of introducing a diversity of cuisines (Continental, Thai, Chinese, etc.) in the kitchen in order to keep our daily meals exciting and interesting while also exposing the children to a range of different cultures.
