My name is Arshiya Mann, a 2023 graduate of King's College India. I'm currently in my fourth year of
Pre-Med in Canada, working towards a career in healthcare.
King's College played a bigger role in shaping me than I realized at the time. The academic rigour, the
expectations the teachers held us to, and the overall environment pushed me to develop habits that
have genuinely served me at the university level, especially studying abroad, where the standards
are high and the pace is fast.
Health Science is demanding, but I felt prepared. The foundation I built at King's, both academically
and in terms of discipline and work ethic, made a real difference in how I adapted to university life.
To current and future students, my advice would be to take your time at King's seriously. The
opportunities you pursue from here depend largely on the groundwork you lay now. Stay consistent,
be open to where your journey takes you, and don't be afraid to aim beyond what feels comfortable.
I'm grateful for the years I spent at King's, and I can proudly say they shaped who I am today.

This is Devansh, and I am proud to be an alumnus of King’s College India. My journey at KCI has been
one of the most enriching and transformative phases of my life. KCI is not just a school; it is a place
that truly shapes students into confident, disciplined, and well-rounded individuals. The school’s
balanced curriculum, modern teaching approach, and focus on overall personality development
helped me grow academically as well as personally.
The teachers at KCI have always been incredibly supportive, motivating, and approachable. Their
constant guidance, encouragement, and dedication towards every student created a positive
learning environment where we were inspired to think creatively, communicate confidently, and
perform to our fullest potential. The school’s curriculum focused not only on academics but also on
leadership, critical thinking, practical learning, and extracurricular development, which played a
huge role in shaping my personality and future aspirations.
During my time at KCI, I had the honour of serving as a Prefect, Historian in the Student Council, and
Vice-Captain of Pembroke House. These responsibilities taught me leadership, teamwork, discipline,
responsibility, and sportsmanship while giving me opportunities to actively contribute to the school
community. KCI always encouraged students to take initiative and grow with confidence.
Sports also played an important role during my years at KCI. I actively played golf, and the school
always motivated students to pursue sports alongside academics. Through sports, I learned focus,
patience, consistency, and the importance of maintaining a healthy competitive spirit.
Another unforgettable experience was the KCI London Visit Program, which gave students
international exposure and a broader global perspective. The program enhanced my confidence,
communication skills, independence, and social interaction abilities while allowing us to experience
different cultures and learning environments. Opportunities like these truly reflect KCI’s vision of
preparing students for a global future.
The values, confidence, professionalism, and life skills that I gained during my time at KCI continue to
help me even today. After school, I got admission into Institute of Hotel Management, Catering
Technology and Applied Nutrition, Pusa, and currently, I am successfully involved in my family’s café
business. The strong foundation built at KCI continues to guide me in every step of my professional
journey.
I will always remain grateful to King’s College India, its exceptional teachers, and the entire school
community for creating such a nurturing and inspiring environment for students.

Since joining King’s in 2023 in Primary 4, it has been an incredible three-year journey for me. I would love to share my experiences, especially the support I have received from my teachers and peers, and the positive changes I have seen in myself.
My teachers have always been supportive and have helped me understand my subjects clearly. Over time, my academic skills have improved, especially in reading, writing, and participating in group discussions. I now feel more confident in class and comfortable asking questions whenever I have doubts.
I also had the opportunity to participate in the Odyssey of the Mind competition, where my team won a gold medal. It was a wonderful learning experience that taught me teamwork and encouraged me to think in creative and innovative ways.
King’s has helped me become more confident, disciplined, and responsible. I am proud to be a student of King’s and look forward to learning more and doing my best in the future.
Surmee Mor Primary 6
My name is Pearl Anand, and I am a Grade 11 student at King’s College India. I have been a part of this school since Grade 5, and as I approach the end of Grade 11, I look back on my journey with immense gratitude and pride.
When I first joined, transitioning from the CBSE board to the Cambridge curriculum was quite challenging. Everything felt new, and it took time to adapt. However, the constant support, patience, and encouragement from my teachers made this transition much smoother. They guided me at every step, helped me overcome my doubts, and gradually built my confidence. What once seemed difficult has now become both comfortable and enjoyable.
Over the years, the Cambridge curriculum has helped me grow not only academically but also as an individual. It has encouraged me to think critically, ask questions, and truly understand concepts rather than simply memorising them. It has also enhanced my communication skills, confidence, and leadership abilities. I am currently honoured to serve as the house vice captain, a role that has taught me responsibility, teamwork, and how to motivate and support others.
The facilitators at King’s College are truly inspiring. They are not just teachers but mentors who genuinely care about our progress and well-being. They create a positive and nurturing environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and learning from their experiences.
What makes this school special to me is its warm and inclusive atmosphere, the strong bond between teachers and students, the supportive peer group, and the balanced focus on academics and overall development. It is an environment that continuously motivates us to strive for excellence and grow into better individuals every day.
Pearl Anand AS Level
As a student, I have always looked for a school where I could freely ask questions, explore my curiosities, and express my creativity, knowledge, and opinions. Then the magic door opened, and I entered King’s College, India.
From the moment I became a part of this institution, I realised that it is more than just a school – it is a place that encourages students to think independently and grow beyond traditional learning. I am Pearl and currently studying in Secondary 3, and as I move into the IGCSE programme, I can confidently say that King’s College, India, has played a major role in shaping my academic journey and personal growth.
The school offers outstanding facilities and an environment that motivates students to push their limits. The boarding experience is exceptional, providing structure, comfort, and a strong sense of community that truly feels like a home away from home. Living on campus has helped me become more independent, responsible, disciplined, and self-reliant.
When I thought that students could only keep their heads in textbooks, I learnt this school has student-led programmes, ECAs, and businesses that allow students to lead, innovate, and think beyond textbooks. These opportunities have helped me develop leadership skills, confidence, and real-world understanding at a very young age.
King’s College, India, prepares students not only for academic success but also for life. It empowers us to question, create, and lead – and I am incredibly grateful to be a part of this journey.
Pearl Kewalramani Secondary 3
I am currently studying at the IGCSE level, and the Cambridge education offered here is truly exceptional. The classes are engaging, the concepts are taught clearly, and the teachers always make sure we understand rather than just memorise. The support we receive—academically and personally—makes learning a really positive experience.
Our school also provides excellent sports facilities. Whether it’s cricket, football, basketball, or any other sport, we get opportunities to explore, compete, and grow. The balance between studies and sports is something I really appreciate.
This school has helped me become more confident, responsible, and motivated. I’m grateful for the environment, the teachers, and the experiences that have helped me improve every year. If you are looking for a place where your child can learn, grow, and succeed, then I truly believe you should send your child to our school.
